immediately after that, we went to IDP Australian Education Agency to submit the o level results in. and most fortunately, i scored enough scores to get in to the April Intake Programme in Trinity! cheers for myself! and to all those who scored very well for their o level! XD *applause* i feel really thankful that lester stopped calling me during that exam period... if not, we'll be hanging on the phone for hours and hours long again, leaving me with only after midnight to study for the subjects. woah! like that sure all F9 alr! lucky lucky we break it off just in time...
i was still determined to try applying myself for bachelor of medicine. well, what is there to be afraid of? God is here with me. i don't have to be afraid of anything else. but of course, i need to work super hard for it. double hard! or even triple! come on mary! reach your fullest potential to the max!
i dun like commerce! it's so businesssss... boring! zzzz everyday my mind will be floooded with numbers.

and sure have to do presentation stuffs one.. argh! i scared! and it's not like i have got a very creative mind to make my own business into some major corporate like IBM or something like that. children is more of my thing...
then last saturday before i went over for cell group, i took an eye-check at Wisma Atria. my degree worsened by 0.25. both sides. the chinese lady who helped me was very friendly. she talked to me about school, myself and she was smiling all the while. i like her a lot! actually all the other of the assistants there were nice. so after that, eric and i tried out spectacles from the displayed shelves around the four walls of the store. we laughed at unsuitable frames when we put them on, made fun of the glasses and searched for our current spectacles to see whether they're still IN or not. and so sad to say that i couldn't find mine anymore. eee. burberry eh! haiz. next, on to popular bookstore. i bought blank mini RW-DVDs plus bag for the laptop, which i'm bringing with me to Australia. also, i got myself more hairbands over at the accessories area. saw these two american girls singing so loudly as they walked across the room. and obviously, everyone turned their heads to see who were the ones who tried to attract attention. it turned out that they're two girls, who dressed themselves up in black plus the heavy black eyeliner beneath their eyes. one of the girls' phone rang while i was queuing up to make the payment at the cashier. she said, 'hey! we're in this underground thing.' and within seconds, two boys (also in hideous black costumes) appeared from the entrance. and they started greeting one another in such loud volumes, as if they all have hearing problems or sth in common. weird type of people. very weird. attention-seekers? after that, eric and i walked to the Isetan Shaw Centre's taxi stand. i called for 2 taxis because the queue was very long. super. we had to wait for long time for one to arrive pathetically slow... and it felt like a waste of money. when the taxi came, i was like almost the next in line already. i took the first one and left eric waiting for the other one. then the taxi driver was friendly. he tried to make conversation and he didn't mind my broken chinese, which was nice. i felt like my chinese was not bad after all. haha. soon, i reached jocelyn's house and saw pastor at the couch there, reading newspaper. i greeted him and went up to second floor after that. and i arrived just in time to hear the conclusion of the cell message. after cell, it was time for sophie's farewell party. she was kept in the dark about it until later people from the other cell groups came, one by one. and yes! she was so surprised by it!! w had fun during the games. some shed tears suring the powerpoint that Wayne made for Sophie. we ate a lot, especially the mandarin oranges. and not to forget, we fellowship and get to know more about one another at the same time. it was indeed very fulfilling. tin, stephie and i shared a cab to go home. we dropped her at upp thompson first, then to castle green. pris reached the same time as us too. then we walked over to the bball court to watch people play there while we chatted among ourselves. tin2 disturbed wq during the game, with dawn, eugene and phillipino guy. after 10, we sat around the swimming pool table and talked. it was fun!
the next day was church. there were praisal songs in chinese too. pris and i attempted to sing in chinese. pris said she needs a lot practice before she go to china in the later part of the month. haha. ce fen, pris and i stayed back for the prayer meeting later. but before that, we popped by FCBC's canteen to have our lunch. actually pastor kong told us not to already, but aiya. must share! (= then after that, we quickly strode back to Hall 8 into church. we prayed for so long.... my throat was dry. my leg was tired. and my mind felt sleepy. it was really exhausting work spiritually. haiz. but it's good that they pushed us to grow stronger in our prayer rhealm. and to add on. sophie was shocked tha i attended the prayer meeting for the 1st time that day! =D haha. overall, i had fun that afternoon. then we 3 girls went home together, by MRT! wow! usually wasted money taking taxi.. all saving money for Building Fund already eh? haha. but when we reached Tanah Merah, suddenly they decided to take Taxi! LOL! during the jouurney, pris and i listened to ce fen's relationship stories. so interesting! haha. after ce fen2 left to Funan, pris and i went to J8 to shop. we first went to the Christian bookstore. but we found nth to buy there. so we went B1. pris bought me this famous food from Taiwan. and indeed, like all food pris introduced, it was delicious! ten to the supermarket to buy this one big bottle of mineral water. wah... carrying it around sure do make people think that we're very healthy people! lol!!!
after church, pris, lyn and i met tin downstairs. we made cards and posters for Sophie's farewell at the airport (supposedly tonight but we didn't go in the end due to something). we spent a lot of effort doing it. until very late at night. panu and rayland also made her a card. but it was not well-decorated at all. very plain. but i think sohie will still be touched when she read it, right? it's the thought that counts! =D hmm. so i guess now, the least we could do, is to send all that we'd done for her to Quensland, Australia. if not, all our efforts will be in vain... haiz. played a while of bball last night. then ray's mum bought us chicken wings and drumsticks. so kind of her! many of them ate w/o washing their hands. so dirty! tsk tsk tsk~ the later terence came. then he told us of his worries. pris and i felt like we're councillors and advisors that night. it sure felt good to have someone confide in you about their feelings. (= he bought presents for Valentine! so good! that girl should feel so happy to receive it! aww~ and he also said that he would buy for us girls too! yay! i pity terence sometimes... then rayland so pathetic. still loving all his godsisters so very much. fervently. haix.
today, i went yy house and help her and xl do their val's day presents for their friends in NY. we spent a long time doing little of it. when i went home at 5pm, there were still a big bag left of the marshmallows inside the plastic bag, unused. woah. we also went to the nearest coffeeshop to yy house and had luch there. i ate only the big bao because i ate at home alr. they both ate laksa. nice! yy mum is cute! haha. went ol while i was in yy house. i watched xl conversated with her friend. like so lovingly-close like that. haha! i got the feeling she likes him. HAHA! xl is in love???
when i reached cg, i saw shi han, wei quan, tin and pris at the BBQ pit. tin2 looked extremely pleased with herself! eh eh eh...senangnya tuh! XD haha! then i continued doing my card at another table. pris went for her class gathering and dudley came to see what we're doing later. walked home with him because we stayed in the same block! lol. then tin went home also. that left shi han and wei quan on their own! haha! oooo...
panu and rayland borrowed my bball to play... i did not play cause i was tired doing after all the events of today.
gonna talk to terence today abt his greatest worry...
