.nervous- IELTS test.
i find it stupid...and what a greedy pig i was to do what i did today! i ought to be ashamed of myself! i thought i could receive angbao from jocelyn's mum today by paying her a visit at her house. (before that, we took a cab and naldo was lucky to get sent to school by taxi.) hmm. what can i say about tante rossa? she's of course nice. however, not as friendly as i thought. she is rich so of course, she's generous (she let us try the soto and that special drink that she made). (= serious face plastered on the face. a bit of arrogance. yep, that's about it.
i like the smallest girl in the family, joanne. she's surprisingly polite. after each little thing her mum did for her, she never fails to say a word of appreciation to her mum. she has a very small mouth too- you will find that every word that she said sounds so sweet and innocent. aww~ josephine, the third girl in the family, is still as playful. she stuck out her tounge when i recognised her. although she is naughty, her heart is good actually. for example, she shares with me the food that's in the house.
at the end of the day, i did not get a single angbao from her. so sad. haix. but mum lighted up my mood when she gave me another angbao for this year CNY. yay~ not only that, she also gave me angbaos from tuayi and oma. woohoo! who cares about whether auntie rossa is giving or not giving money to me...
after that, we took a cab to wisma atria to get eric's pants changed. it was raining then. and the stupid agency who came to her place had to park the car so near the front stairway. so mum and i had a hard time making our way out the place, of course. how inconsiderate! lucky the taxi driver was willing to retreat in to the house shelter so mum and i escaped getting wet under the rain.
at wisma atria, i bought a ring at bits and pieces! yay~ =D thanks mum! after that, we walked to Takashimaya. i bought this super soft and cosy blanket which cost only $18 for one! (i'm reserving it for australia since it would be cold there at night. brr~) then i bought a bookmark. mum bought an automatic weighing machine. (gosh! i weighed so much! i was more depressed when ama agreed with me that i'm fat!!! argh!) i cost $158. i like the design but it's a bit troublesome to operate in my opinion, because of the fact that it will switch off itself automatically after one time of weighing. super retarded! then after that, we tried to go to the supermarket to buy the japan grapes. unfortunately, there was no stock. haix! )= i miss it so much! anyway, then later we sat down at the food court to grab some light food. beside us was a group of grown-up teens, and i happened to eavesdrop on their conversation about their o level result. (not intentionally since i was so bored and there's nothing else i could do) they had such lousy grades that i couldn't help gaping my mouth wide open. (i'm not looking down on them but let me finish first) one had 20 for her L1R4; the other had pretty bad grades- 37 for L1R4. i am not sure whether they were telling the truth or not, but they seemed to be all happy-go-lucky about it. what a weird crowd! they still could laugh here laugh there, teasing one another dumb or what-so-ever. hmm. i am speechless. no comment.
next we headed to china square to collect the gucci handbag from the laundry 'Coolwash'. before that, we stopped by Guardian and we bought new soles for my Cole Haans shoe plus akong's comb. (hope it's long enough. haha.) when i showed mum the bag, she was so delighted to see it as if it was just bought from the shop- brandnew! i had to agree with her that it was well-cleaned and polished! XD mum said she regretted giving it to me! haha. =D
taxi was all hired on the roads. (due to the ching gay rehearsal that's on tonight) so we had to book-call for one. man! the extras was already $8.50, which was more than the run-meter!! shocking! taxi will most probably be expensive tomorrow too! so try your best to take the public transport tomorrow! (=
tomorrow i'll be having my IELTS written test! so scary! i know it's not going to be as hard as oral test on the 28th but still, it's still giving me the nerves. argh!!! and i also know that this IELTS is useless for now, since i did pretty good for my O's, but we paid for it already. so i have to try my best shot at it. perhaps it could be of use for me in the near future? so all the best mary! good luck! look through those papers ms cornelia had already marked through before you sleep tonight! =D

played basketball tonight with the castle greeners. wei quan, matthew, tin2, shi han and valerie. but later we played the second game with tittaya's sister, goldie?, phillipino boy and bai yang. bai yang was super irritating just now! kept on blocking me plus made stupid faces. eee! matthew disturbed me that bai yang likes me! oh come on!! then soon later, i sat down and talked to shi han about her scholarship and JC stuffs. then wei quan joined us. we sat down on the ground and discussed about being an accountant and a doctor. we had counter arguments! shi han and i on one side, while wq tried to defend himself on the other. haha! he said he didn't know what he wanted to be in the future. -.- woah! no aim one that guy!!! haix. shi han was considering accounting too i think. val didn't know yet- still too young. tin- hotel management. me- paediatrician. yay! haha. played 'bullet' before we went to the water-cooler. then suddenly there's a change in the conversation topic. we talked about relationship. (since both tin2 and val had weird indian admirers) we shared and discussed about what we feel is true love from a guy, etc. very indulging because i talked a lot alr! (=
now, my one and only aim is to be a doctor! yes! i gotta try for it then i will know whether it's the one for me or not, right? if not, i'll never know my whole life! and i believe that since god has given me this vision, i should not ignore it but instead, place my faith on to it and work hard towards achieving it. yep! nothing is impossible with God. so don't tell me that i cannot make it.
