Feel that i'm being such a good daughter today! (=
Yepp...went out alone with my daddy today! It had been so long since we did this~ having some time together. It had been so long since he talked to me personally. Ahh...i feel that he cared for me more now. He always used to scold/frown at me, but now? He talks, smiles and asks me questions about my well-beings. Oh my! Suddenly, i am feeling so guilty that i had once thought that a dad, except the fact that he earned money, is useless! I am so so wrong! *sLap mIself fOr tHinkIng tHis*
But of course the financial support that dad had given me is super super, among the coolest, that mummy couldn't have given me (since she did not work). =D
This is proven true today! I went over to dad's place at 11 plus. My stomach was still empty. I am on a diet. =) Then snacked a lil at his place. Hahax. Seems that he can't keep the hse in proper condition without mum! The food was crawling with ants, even the sink too. So i had to help him tidy up a bit first b4 shopping. Yep...but i am willing to help in ayway i can! Miss the helpful me~ [after so much rebellious things that i had done /=] Ooo....and he gave me 100 bucks on the way out! This is sooo my day! Hehes. So now, i got money shop lerx! ^^ No longer *bo lui*!
Hmmm... We took MRT to Orchard. He bought Straits Times before boarding the train. So throughout the entire journey, he was like reading the newspaper... Which after, we walked to Wisma Atria to purchase a new set of contacts (the older ones are left with only 2 or so pairs). Yep. But after i had bought it, guess what? He ownself decided to buy one pair of glasses for himself! Oh gosh! Even though his current specs are already like the latest model around, he still had to buy another pair! I wonder how my family's gonna survive with family members so shopaholic-ky?! Lols. But it's cool! Way cool! =) Rawks!
After he's satisfied with the design, we went to the Food Republic to eat our lunch (finally). He ordered Roti Prata and dunno what rice and soup meal. All very nice! I tried not to eat a lot. But, er, kinda eat almost all. Hahax. /=
Den went about in search for my new pair of sport shoes. We went circling Wisma to LP (i hate this place, but dad said the shoes are cheaper here) to Paragon. In the end, after thousands of shops (ok...exaggerated! But it seemed so, cos my leg ached!), i finally found one with my size! Ahax. Blame me for i have big feet. Gee! =D Dad didn't know it was worth 208 bucks though, til he was paying for it at the counter. Poor him! He had no choice but to pay up for it! Anyways, i thank him lots!
Quickly went back with a taxi, just in time for the IKEA 'movers' to come. They came and made lotsa noise, drilling and knocking wooden planks down. *sO lOud!* But i like. So amazed in the way the house was supplied with new stuffs. Yep. Later went back home and read book. On aircon~ and relax my aching feet! Shiok arh!~ Phew.
Til now, i can't stop admiring my new sport shoes!! I love the design, colour, esp the back sole~ pink thing protruding out from behind. Overall it looked weird but i love the way it is, cos my dad bought them for me! Rawks! I love my dad! Hmm...what could i do for him in return?
Oh, and Mum promised to buy me a new jacket and jeans too (i asked for them)! Yeepee!! She's in Jakarta now, prob with my Oma. I hope they had lots of fun over there. Miss them all!
