in University of Melbourne!~~~

i was all excited to start the first class at 11am. i woke up that morning, bright and shiny. at 8, i was already in the loo getting dressed. washed my teeth. cooked Indomie BBQ Chicken cause the bread on dining table had fruit flies on it. my alarm clock rang for a long time while i was in the toilet so fui han had to off it for me. sorry~ (= then i prepared my lunch box- rice, lady's fingers n MaPo Tofu. yummmm~ i grabbed my bag and rushed out the door into the hot, sunny weather.

i walked as quickly as my legs could carry, to the Ballieu Lib. i could Dan halfway there. he sauid he will meet there too to print out the lecture notes. it was only 10.15 when i came into the library. i went up to the first floor and fortunately, there was a computer available for me. i logged into the LMS- Chem and printed out all of Prof Schiesser's lectures- 18 of them and a total of 66 pages. but before i could print, i realised that there was no credit inside my card. at that time, Daniel called me and i had to get him up to the photocopier's place to charge my card. it was after that that i brought him up to print out his copy while i printed my set. met zi yond there too while i was at the printing machine. he was skinnier than i last remembered. we chatted and did the catching-up there. it was so good to meet old friends again. (=

after we were done, we rushed to find Charles Pearson Th. since it sounded so complicated on the LMS, we thought that it would be hard to get there. so after whirling round and round the ERC and Enginnering building, we finally walked over to these construction workers sitting in front of the ERC. when we told them that we're looking for the theatre, one of them immediately pointed us the way towards the theatre. he was so kind~ we followed the constructed path towards the theatre and found many people waiting for the class inside to finish. while waiting, i called anzella but our call got dc few sec l8r. we only met after the lect ended.

i sat beside Eka and Hannah during lect. there was no teachings today, just an introductory to the subject. (= so we were all pretty relaxed. the prof brought along with him interesting stories, together with many bottles containing diff smells to illustrate his points. overall, it had been an interesting lecture. all of us had fun!

after that, Metta, Zoey, Stefanie and i went to Union House to eat lunch. i looked around me and found that many people seemed to be friendly. so international. then when i told walla this, she said that generally only the indos are a bit community-minded. )= i felt quite sad for a moment. i felt as if i am being too anti-social. but the next lect came and it changed my mood.

Zoey came with me to Elizabeth Murdoch Th. while we had to wait, i went to the toilet. when i had to flush, my pen dropped into the hole and there goes my pen! my favourite pen! the one from Popular store! argh!!! when i exited the toilet, i felt really sad and told Zoey about it. she laughed after hearing it but after that, she didn't talk further. sometimes i felt that she's not friendly. my first impression of her was that she's super friendly and all. but after knowing her for some time, i realised that it's not really like that. anyway, i tried making conversations with her but i found it quite hard to get her interested in what i had to say. but later, Shemali came and saved me from having boring conversations. we talked and in no time, it is time for us to get inside the theatre. we met Kar Mun and Cat too and they sat beside us. later during the lecture, i also made friend with this girl named Tiffany. she was a very friendly malaysian girl. anyway, the lecture was a bit boring. the lecturer kinda mumbled throughout the hour. however, we had to keep up to him teaching the materials. when the lecture ended, everyone was happy to go.

then i went to David Caro buildg for Calc tut. i had trouble finding the room but i found this girl and she kinda helped me to the Physics Podium. the room was 3/4 full when i entered. i was also surprised that my tutor was singaporean-y? and he's got that skin disease thing and a bit boring. but overall, the tutorial was okay except that i had forgotten my maths formulas! argh! everyone else seemed to remember, except me! )= oh no!~

that was the last class for me today. then i waited for Fui Han at the tram stop. i waited for like 20 minutes, and she still hadn't turned up. it was only until she called that we met in front of the International Centre. when we went inside, we saw Marvin. lols. he had also applied for the work permit. actually we were both quite lazy to enquire about it at the reception desk but thank god! the lady in service was very friendly and she helped us through the application process. (=

since there wasn't enuff time for us to go to the city to buy the printer, we decided that we would do that tomorrow instead. well, so that's my first day in university. i can't wait for tomorrow to begin! (=

i didn't get to talk to him yet. sobx. emo already la.
