i finally get my Student ID!!! woots! but my picture kinda sux. it seems like i got swollen lips... i wish i can re-do it. haiz. that was settled in the morning. after which, i met Tahnee in the library to edit her timetable. unfortunately, the webpage for the Alloc8 thing was down at that time. so i went home to rest first while she had to go for her Academic advice thing. we met again in the afternoon to take DELA together at Sydney Myers Asia Centre. eye candy was there toooo~ =D lovessss. tahnee said that he was ok looking- only. oh well.
after the test, i followed Tahnee home and we watched a bit of Howl's Moving Castle. the quality of the show wasn't that great and the sub's in chinese. halfway through the movie, Xin Yue called my handphone and told me that she lost her wallet! eeks. when she entered tahnee's room, she was so serious. she left to go to steven's room in less than a min with us. soon after, we went to steven's room. steven had cooked lots of food for us to eat! yumm~ i love the chicken dish the best. and the lu cha (green tea)! of course. val couldn't make it because she was still shopping when we finished eating.
anyway, tahnee let me bring home the pyjamas that she bought for me from China. it is unbelievably soft and warm!!! =D thanksss tahnee!
today
TODAY was the 1st day of ORIENTATION!
i was contacted by my host (indonesian girl) days before this day and i had promised her that i would come. well so, what can i say about my first day as a uni student??? ...
actually i kinda dun like this day. the campus tour was boring. the local students were scary-looking people. the supposedly Asians were almost all PRs and they've got that accent! so yeah, Shemali (Sri Lankan girl) and i are the only ones without the accent... oh well.
i believe that my group has many smart people! one of the girl told us that she got 96.25% for her VCE! freaking HIGH!!! luckily, noone asked me how much i got. hope no one find out.
i met eye candy again. but i shunned from him somehow. i should have talked to him longer. maybe it's because he's got friends with him and val with me, so that's why i wanna leave him with his friends alone. anyway, i had nothing in mind to talk to him about at that moment. and i envy him. there's one aussie beside him! haiz. my aussie friend left me... her name's Cat. she's very friendly so i guess that's why i can click with her. she's very funny too. i think all the asian girls in my group are shorter than me. i felt pretty great actually to be standing taller than them. hehe. not often do i get to feel this way in Melb.
after our host left us, i joined Val to attend lectures about enhancing our studies in uni. i miss having her around to company me. all this uni life is making me dizzy. so many aussies arnd with their accent. argh! why can't i talk like them too???
