i managed to exercise in this whole week...everyday without fail! i myself can't believe it but well, it happened!! (=

keep it up! and the happiest thing is tt i lost 1 kg alrdy. cant wait to lose more! more more more!!!

went to chc tudae...finally! hehex...i feel so guilty tt i didn go last wk without any reason. i feel tt i've hurt God's heart. sobx. listen to dr. ulf ekman's preaching tudae. he pray for many ppl, and oh man! there's a strong presence of the Lord within tt room. some of us went down stage, others just kneel down in front of their seats and the rest remained seated. but all of us were obviously praying all the time lar. duh...

was touched by dr ulf's prayer...oh my gah... i love him! oops...i mean i 'admire' him. he's so strong in his prayer. brought me to tears every now and then... one girl even 'sob-sob'ed very audibly during his prayer. many ppl turned to look at her lar. but well, we shld feel thankful tt this girl had been touched by the Lord's presence, right? Love you, God!!!

ok...from now onwards, i've decided to really really be commited to Him and the church. as they sae the deeper you want to reach for Him, the greater the sacrifice you have to make. so i'm gonna fight all laziness and my 'flesh' stubborness, and no matter what reason, i will try my best tu walk up into that church every wk. yep, tts what my resolution will b. i'll try my very best with all my might. and i hope the Lord will lead me on. i know He will. (=

here's what i got for this 1 whole wk of soccer n bb: a broken toenail (got blood 2 and i cant walk properly...wonder how i wlk tu school tml), a scratch and a swollen index finger on my right hand (hoe am i suppose to write tml?). hope they will all heal soon. duh...

i love this wk. but so sad tt this month we will not have any cell group, becoz this mth got tabernacle. hix. have missed a lot for the last few...cos i lazy! arghhh...i feel so ashame of myself. must change, Mary! =D

almost went for cell grp ytd. my cous didn tel me this wk there's no cg. lols. lucky my senior tell me ytd morning. phew! if not i will b wasting my time going all the way to holland v on tt beautiful afternoon. =P heng arh...

oh...went for lunch in ppl's park the chinese restaurant with grandparent and relatives. lol... my ama help me peel the prawns. feel so guilty. she so old alrdy still must 'feed' me. wah...but shiok arh. eat til stomach full! hope not much weight gained. den went for a movie in isetan lido. watch the 'just like heaven'. very nice and touching show. very unique and interesting with an unexpected ending lar. yep....must watch. but the most anticipated movie of the mth is still 'harry potter and the goblet of fire' lar... duh...

got to sleep now...leg pain, finger pain, back aches... sakit!!! mau bobok... ngantuk lg!~
